Santa Barbara Horseback Ride

Equestrians from all over enjoy the many trails and ranches of Santa Barbara County and one of the most well known was founded in 1939 - the Circle Bar B Guest Ranch. In that first year, Florence Brown and Ed Randolph purchased 60 acres of what was an original part of the Ortega-Stokes 1843 Mexican Land Grant. With its pristine beauty and coastal appeal the Santa Barbara Refugio Canyon was seen as just the place for a children’s camp. In 1941 the riding camp was expanded to include a guest ranch. Over the years and with increasing popularity demand has been met with the addition of newer guest facilities, updated buildings as well as a dinner theatre. From the ocean to the mountains, riders of all skill levels will find the Santa Barbara horseback ride to be a one-of-a-kind experience. Viewers of this video might also enjoy Rancheros Visitadores.
